After your enquiry we typically survey within a few days and quote within 48 hours of the survey. Start dates depend on our schedule and yours, and ASAP projects are prioritised wherever possible.

Yes, within reason. Extra sockets, lighting positions and small additions are agreed and priced before they happen, so the quote stays transparent.

Very little. We confirm everything at the survey, but typically it helps to clear small valuables from work areas. We handle furniture protection, dust sheets and access.
